Found the white one at Walmart this morning. Think I might already have this one but took a chance because vw bugs are hard to find up this way.

Here are a couple pictures of 69 Z28 Camaro's. The Grumpy's Toy car is a 1/18 die-cast. Values on these have really taken off lately. They are going for triple what I paid for it. I also have a Sox and Martin 67 GTX and the California Flash64 Savoy in the 1/18th scale. The orange car is a giant Monogram kit that I built 20 years ago. That kit came out really nice but I always hated those rear shackles. I am caught up on things right now and thinking I should do something with those.december 2020 4 182.jpg december 2020 4 186.jpg december 2020 4 230.jpg december 2020 4 228.jpg december 2020 4 226.jpg

The first pictures is my 1/18th diecast of Butch Leals 64 Savoy/ Belvedere. The second set of pictures is the 1/24 version that I had built as a model kit. Colors are effected by the lighting. december 2020 4 189.jpg december 2020 4 190.jpg december 2020 4 256.jpg december 2020 4 257.jpg december 2020 4 258.jpg

Couple of Tonka bugs and hauler. I have the sparkle purple and green one somewhere. Thought they were with this truck. Probably in the attic.

Thats really neat. Ive never seen the car hauler but that Tonka truck was fairly common. I have a friend who has crown moldings all through his house that have shelves off them and he has his Tonka collection on them. Ill have to look and see if he has that one next time Im there.

They made one that was on a much larger scale that had a few 70’s corvettes on it.

Don’t know if they made it or bought it but it’s not a sticker. Saw it yesterday.

Ive seen prices like that on Amazon. They try to milk discontinued items. $72 for something that has poor detailing. I passed when I could buy it at store prices.

Various drag cars driven by Dyno Don Nicholson, Hubert Platt, and Dick Brannon. There is a guy over by Canfield Ohio that owns a restoration parts supply company for early Fords. I was invited to visit his 100 plus car collection which had a large display of Dick Brannon and Dyno Don cars. While there he asked me to give him a hand putting the hood on Dyno Dons Mustang. I was scared to death that I would scratch it the whole time. I took 2 cameras with me and spent 2 hours taking pictures unsupervised. This place was spotless and looked like a museum but he said he just let people come and look when they ask. It was just his private collection. When you drive by you would never know what was there.december 2020 4 168.jpg december 2020 4 177.jpg december 2020 4 213.jpg december 2020 4 217.jpg

All very nice Moody. Wish it had the room to collect the larger scale cars. I do have one I will post pictures of in a few. I bought it after I saw @MikeyMcFly
