1970 tan Ford F100 4 wheel drive Moebius kit. I gave it a 6" lift and those 1/64 scale car crusher tires and wheels I keep finding at Drug Mart.
The Falcon Ranchero is a bone stock 1/24 scale die cast that I made into a Gasser.
The AMT 69 Galaxie taxi was a fun stock build that I swapped the tires that fit better and saved the 429 it came with for something else. Its running a 302 now.

That is a 90s Silverado long bed made by AMT that I think I posted last year. They did it as a White and Red Coca Cola version. I had other plans. The 93-97 F250 next to it is even taller. That one was originally 85 F250 car crusher called Crusher that was damaged when I moved to this house 20 years ago.

Been busy working on my 1/ 1 scale toy. The 1/24 and 1/64s had to wait for a couple weeks. As you all know I cant leave nothing alone. I just finished redoing the tail gate handle and surround in Barcelona Red. The interior is almost done with brushed aluminum pieces and metallic silver automotive vinyl wrap.
Im not sure what the scale is on the 427 engine but it is nicely detailed.Tacoma mods 213.jpg Tacoma mods 208.jpg

Id sure like to try building more 1/64 diecasts but wheels are so hard to run across. I still have a couple 55 Chevy Hot Wheels Gassers to modify when I do find some. Ive finally started to run out of room for to many more 1/24s and 1/64s are looking better to me all the time. Ive also let the 1/24 parts boxes get low for mods until spring.

Wheels are hard to find. The good ones are on the more expensive cars. I see people selling wheels on eBay but usually want good money for them.

Ill just keep watching yard sales, flea markets and swap meets. Sometimes you luck out.
I keep thinking maybe there is a market here for that kind of stuff if it could be done at a reasonable price.
Im really surprised Hot Wheels or M2 hasnt got on board with that more.
They are doing it with their own products but not for people who like to do mods.

1/24 MPC Grumpys Toy 71 Vega. This was a recent build that I couldn't wait to start on only to have it turn into a near disaster. MPC recently upgraded this kit because of build problems but I got hold of the older release. The body to chassis required a lot of cutting and I had to make a spacer to get everything to line up correctly. After all of that the decals that run the full length of the car kept breaking apart so much that I had to paint them on instead. I got lucky there. There is another release of this kit I want that is Bruce Larsons USA1 Vega. I hope it will be the new release with out the headaches .
The Lil II Short Nova is a 1/64 I found recently. The 55 Chevy Gasser's were a couple of Hot Wheels cars I attempted to modify. The blue one came out OK. The red one is going back for another try.
