Wife brought this back from Safeway. Her dad built one like this when she was a kid.

 

I posted these for Kilo Charlie to see. I know he is really into EMS / fire and police vehicles. I was watching the 911 terror attacks coverage on the news and sat down and began drawing this. I remember being so angry and completed it in only a few hours. It then sat for 15 years until family members visiting from the NYC area saw it. They encouraged me to contact the 911 museum and they took it for one of the artists displays at the museum. As an artist it was one of my proudest moments.
The 1959-60 Ford Tanker truck was something I had draw for one of the local fire departments in my area.Brady Lake used to be a village here and was dissolved along with the fire department a few years ago.

I think it's pretty awesome that first one is in the museum!

I spent 20 years as a volunteer firefighter/ EMT. If I had only started my collection sooner I wouldn't be searching for all the cool vehicles from the past! Haha!
