    The verticals have held up for the most part, but the weight of the cars caused the bottom to fail twice already. After the first failure, I took off the standard double face wall safe tape and switched it to 30lb rated (probably not wall safe) tape and it failed again. So…I added push pins from my cork board as an additional support. Its shitty but its working and added places to hang all the odd width cards as shown

    I'd add the Bronco, the Unimog and the Land Rover to my Fire & Rescue collection! Is that an older set? Never seen that one before

    I recently met a guy who just stapled his strips to the walls and he said it's been just fine for years... he had 10 foot walls in the basement and about 8 feet of it was strips.

    These sets are old, yessir.

    That is interesting! I thought i’d do this as “non permanent” as I could and then there I had to go blasting holes in the dry wall with push pins :rofl: oh well

    A few, mainly added skids. I like leaving the suspension alone. I drive forest service dirt roafs in the desert west extremely extremely too fast. Toyota nailed this suspension going 65 across desert terrain. Changing it is dumb unless you have a specific need like crawling or mud.
    Sooo I just went to my auto parts store for oil for my new 91 Toyota Truck. Then this happened. I'm speechless.
