    I’m not a mustang guy but I didn’t pass on this set. They’ve been stocking late afternoon at my local target, I’ve seen 4 of the hks and Supra sets after work 5-6. Does your gulf set have the ford “hologram” sticker on the back? Seems official that way.

    Going small today with 1/64 scale. Black with red stripes 68-69 Chevelle. Love those wheels.
    The red and cream colored 57 Fairlane and a lightly modified Mazda RX7. Some details were added and I swapped out the rear tires with a larger matching set. You hardly notice.

    Yes it does! That’s one of the main reasons I got it. Funny you mention that stock time, I stopped by this particular target at 4 and it seems that had just put those up because, I keep running into the HKS set but the Supra one is the first to go. I’ve only seen one and it’s the one I got. All in the timing.

    40-41 Willy's Gasser received new weathered rear wheels to match patina on car. These tires are fatter than the skinny ones that originally came with this car. The John Force funny car and 59 -60 Chrysler 300 are going the wrong way in my collection by moving out to the garage.     Matchbox Dragon Wheels. Not sure when the remake came out but the original one in the back is from 1972. They also had a newer version of this that came out last year.

    Ames used to be THE BEST PLACE to go for Johnny Lightnings and single pack cars. You just hit me with the nostalgia bug super hard. Lol. I’m 28 and our Ames closed at least 20 years ago, but i remember that shit super well. Now its a Planet Fitness :rolleyes:
