I wish this had the Bandit and not the WS6 wheels on it. I’m still hoping my local Costco will get in their Maisto shipment and I can get a blue one to modify.


There’s no easy way out…
Interior is wrong for Rocky IV but it’s got the SOTHPAW license plate on it. I barely chipped the edge of the targa top when it fell on my tool bench. You can’t see it in the case but it bugs me still. I touched it up and at least it’s not glaring.


Been watching some Disney+ and caught Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo. Ordered this for France, too cool.

 

That's what I was thinking. Then I found another one today and it was facing right. So I have no idea. Guess I should hold on to it.

I do appreciate it. Forget the name of the car, want to say Giselle? Your first post reminded me I have that herbie bug. I built shelves for my larger scaled cars and forgot I even had that one to put on there. Actually forgot where I put that car.

 

I think that’s the Herbie I have. Remember it came in two different wheels or something?

You are right on both topics. This is the Laudoracing 1/18 Scorpion named Giselle.

There were two Hot Wheels Herbies, the original Love Bug variant and then the Herbie Goes to Monte Carlo variant. They have a bunch of subtle differences I’m impressed Hot Wheels spent so much time on.

 

Yes you did sell me the Johnny Lightning one. I still have that one too but I bought the hot wheels one after you posted pictures of yours. Hot Wheels did a much better job on the details!

 

Crossed another Unimog off the list! Only 2 left to find!
