That tire isn’t supposed to be off that truck. I just saw this truck at a Walmart near me. They had a few of them and I noticed one of them had the back tire off.

The one I saw had the front tire off and I skipped right over it. Not paying that kind of money for something I have to fix. Haha

Been working on this for about a week. It’s a 55 non-gasser that I filed the rear fender round. Stole the wheels from the 69 Chevelle, hot wheel garage and added some headers, you could almost see them. The interior is from a different 55 as well.

That’s pretty sweet!! Love the red interior, goes good with the black paint and the red stripe wheels.

Nice, I always like when I see someone thinking outside the box. You made it your own and nobody will have one like yours. Filing the wheel wells is a bitch with something that small. I know because I tried to do that to. I succeeded but had no desire to do it again. I've noticed we have a few others trying to do mods. I for one can't leave well enough alone with everything I do. With every Hot Wheel I ask myself what I can do to make it better. Sometimes I succeed and sometimes the car goes into the parts bin, but most will live another day.

Had a circle file that happened to fit perfectly. Used satin black high temp bar b q grill paint. It’s painting the lights that’s the hard part.

Long gone are the rubber tracks ... replaced by plastic molds and tiny wheels underneath but still worthy of my collection

    Absolutely!

As a side note I've been looking around to see if anyone has 3D printed a life size model of General Grievous but so far no luck.

In my hunt for a 4runner supra team transport I stopped at a few stores while running errands this morning. Only thing I was able to find of interest was the ultra hot at target had the Datsun 510, the skyline and the trueno. I almost got them but left them behind as the wheels looked blah and cheap even with the nice paint jobs. The livery was not to my taste either and so they hang for another.

I did however pick up this set. Because target has a sale on hotwheels or something.

The paint on the Miata is really nice and the details on them like the roll bar/cage in the back make these Premiums a great buy when target has them marked down to 9.99. The wheels and tires on them are worth that almost.

Honestly, I have been pondering buying a 3D printer and that would absolutely be something on my to do list. I think it would be incredibly rewarding to make something like that.

My old collection! Boxed them up when I moved and have yet to open them back up. Used to have about a 2 hour loop I would do, hitting Walmarts and Meijer mostly.
