I had a bubble in my clear vinyl, I needed a bandaid and I’m not a big sticker guy. I found silver flame sticker and covered the hole conspicuously, nobody knows it’s there until I point it out. Didn’t want salt getting underneath the vinyl. This was also my first pic I posted back when I found this thread.

 

you talking about the little chip protector thing that toyota puts on? i had that ripped off a looong time ago on my grey 13 tacoma with the help of a tree lol

 

on the third GEN, they put clear vinyl protectors near the bottom of the rear fenders on the front and backside of the fender. It’s just clear sticker. Kinda like a clear bra.

 

ya my 13 also had that. i think they have had that since 05 unsure about the first gens since ive never owned one.

my 15 still had them on it when i traded it off. my 13 got hugged by a tree and it came off lol.

15 was the best year for those 2nd gens.. I had an 06 reg cab, it was a good truck.

 

ehh idk bout that tbh... my 2013 i never had an issues with anything on it unless i broke it. my 2015 had head unit issues since the day i got it... eventually it had a more rare trans issue and thats why i got rid of it. so if i had a choice again id get another 2013 personally but i also dont want another tacoma anymore lol.

Did they have it in any colors besides yellow? As i am a sucker for 2 door wranglers. Thinking even got the 2 door Jurassic park from you at one time.

 

Mobeius 1/24 scale 65 Ford F100 I recently put together. Stainless front brake rotors are washers and rear brake drums were pennies with the centers drilled out. Also ditched stock wheels and tires which reside in the bed now. Color is raspberry pearl over white. Wanted something different.

 

Works in progress. The three 1/43 scales are waiting for wheels to make into Gasser's if that ever happens. Wheels for that scale are very hard to find. Some of the Muscle Machine wheels come pretty close. The 4 Hot Wheels were all donor cars waiting for replacement parts to live again. I dont throw nothing away and have these repainted and ready for my next projects. Tool box is my garage.
