Do y’all open yours? Or always keep them sealed?
I always loved opening mine, then I throw the top half of the package on the wall. Of course I keep TH and other rare ones in the packages.
One time my girlfriends little sister randomly got me a hot wheel at the grocery store and it happened to be a TH, I was stoked.

Yes, I open a lot of mine. I don’t open the ones that have nice art work on the cards, anniversary cars, limited, convention, or dinner cars. Nice collection. Be careful coming in this thread. It can get out of hand sometimes. Not that that’s a bad thing.

 

Kilo, are all this model labeled like that as I’ve seen the field car here but didn’t even look at it.

 

Thr MBX Field Car has been around since 2021. This one has the National Parks livery which is what @HuskerTrucker collects, although it doesn't actually say National Parks on it like other vehicles in the past.

I think i have all the variations of this made up vehicle.

Edit: Apparently there is a brand new convertible MBX Field Car this year.

 

I open 90%. I do not differentiate on what gets opened. I don’t open ones that I’m on the fence about or might consider trading. An example is I have the 5 pack F-1. They don’t fit the wall boxes I have, but will fit the rails. I don’t have room yet, so they stay as a five pack. I’ll probably open down the road and display. I have a few premiums and mainlines that way as well that stay in protectors until that decision gets made. I’m thinking of moving to the sliders for those. I’m not a home, so pictures another day…
