One thing you mentioned concerning 98-00 trucks was welding - what did you mean by that? I was thinking about it and it's probably not a route I'd go with a welded on bumper that would have to cut off in order to service the winch. Did you mean just modifying the frame with welding so the bumper can be purely bolted on?

Looking good. I'm glad to see another option for the 1st gen crowd. A few questions...

Could you provide the weights of your dirrerent models? The flat top tube is what I'm interested in, but I'm sure others would like to know the weights of the other models as well.

Could you please post some side profile pics of your tube front bumper?

Detailed pics of an uninstalled bumper would be nice. All angles, so we can see your craftsmanship.

    Thanks in advance.

He posted the weights in a post where he quoted my same question and put the weights in the quote in green text.

Ahh. Thanks. Can't see it until you click "expand". Might be good for everyone if that was added to the OP.

Yeah I figured I'd mention it. Like to see all the things you mentioned too. Looks killer, if it bolts up like the trail gear I'm looking at buying I'll think about the $300-$400 on top of what I'm saving up for the TG.

Excellent, I can't wait to see one, definitely interested. Would b/u light cutouts and HiLift notches be potential options?
