    Why would I be screwed? It's impossible to have a girlfriend and have a house? As far as I'm concerned, the house is there to stay, if she doesn't like it and the way I decide to run the show, she can hit the road.

    Its just most guys can't tell a girl to hit the road. I've got a good buddy, stayed in a hell relationship when everyone told him she was fuckin nuts, and he wouldn't leave her becasue of some sense of duty and he didn't wanna be alone.

    long story short, having a gf and a house is no big issue, as long as you know when to lay down the law
