I think you need an assistant. Have Ms.Sky do your filming and you'll also have someone there to dial the phone.

my idiot room mate got one of those.... it was a disaster. we watched it disappear under the sofa, listened for a while, heard some noises, then it came trotting back out pushing a bunch of dust and leaves and trash in front of it. it literally refused to vacuum anything up, instead it just found where we were hiding our filth and pushed it into the middle of the floor, then strode on over to its charging station and took a nap. freaking robots....

Wife took the camera from me. Evidently when she walked in last night to me Holding it in one hand, and punching it with the other, she figured that I might be trying to fix it inapropriatly. :(

LOL. She hasn't seen the "golfball distance and how it relates to rotational inertia" experiment yet has she? You know, you should try different blades to see the effect.

No. She hasnt seen it. Not sure if she needs to. She just called and asked what I was up to. I told her "Meh....just hanging out with the dog. Might go wash the truck". She seemed happy with that answer. :D

$30 for a vacuum motor? Nice...Do you have any back issues of Popular Mechanics where it shows you how to make your own HoverCraft with the aforementioned motor?

Tennis ball cans make great cannons. Two taped together on top of each other. One with both the top and bottom removed. A small hole in the bottom can where to put the lighter fluid......let the liquid vaporize to a gas, Stuff a fuzzy green ball in there and light away.

Surgical grade rubber tubing strung between two trees makes for some high powered trash removal.

Let me know how the golf ball/fishing line worked out.

I have tons of Popular Mechanics mags. I get some ideas for around the house stuff. Im not thinking the tennis ball cans would be up to the pressures I would want to achieve. BUT, who knows.
