    Indeed.

    I do a lot of grilling / smoking and always make extra to vacuum seal & freeze for weeknight meals and for lunches. Chicken, pulled pork, brisket, pastrami, ham, turkey, etc. Add a romaine salad ($4 for six romaine hearts @ Sams is enough for two weeks) and lunches are can be super inexpensive. Plus there's not nearly the salt and preservatives in typical convenience foods.

    Table salt is 40% sodium by weight.

    So 2150mg sodium means 5.375g of salt.

    Which is just shy of a teaspoon.

    Keep this in mind, it takes a few days to go from bank to robinhood or webull or where ever they are trading. Some places give you instant access to the money, some give you a little access to the money before it clears. Friday we should all have full funds.

    I have to transfer my stim from simple bank to wings bank then I can put it into my trader. no one supports simple bank I guess.
