    i'n not on those sides of the city, but i have a proposition..... if i or someone else can get it, and get it in my hands, i'll be up in MD in 2 months. i can just toss it in the trailer and drive it up. fuel for you to come down near DC may be cheaper than shipping the thing. look into it, and let me know, as i have no idea what shipping costs.
