    I rent so finding one of these is like finding a needle in a haystack. If I was buying in Houston 3 car garage would probably be a minimum requirement of mine. Looks like a nice house. I could live in it.

    I know the feeling. My contract is up next month but I don't have any significant savings to buy anything unless I could talk the bank into using one of the vehicles as a down payment... On the bright side we'll have the wife's 4runner paid off possibly next month so there will be some extra coin available without any vehicle payments.
