    The people across the street have them on a schedule. 4pm they head over and wait to be fed. The Asian family on the corner has two in their chicken coop. Don't know what kind of weird bird they're trying to make between them.

    You should start all the bolts first. That'll give you all kinds of wiggle room.

    I finally got it, and yes I only started each bolt. I started from the front the second time and was able to get all of the holes to line up.
