    Dude alcan said 8 inch leaf pack atlas told me 6 inch leaf pack and someone on here that has a 8 inch Tacoma told me 7.

    We, as in most of us in this thread, put together some form of 3" lift because that's the usable limit of lift these trucks can take. I/we do not have an answer for the lift you want as we haven't built anything like it. It's going to be trial and error, plain and simple.

    I'm on my second aftermarket suspension, and may try a third in the future. It's a progression.

    Useless is what you're trying to do on the truck. Stick with a 6" lift. No need to go higher. More useful would be 3" lift. If you want a skyscraper truck buy a diesel. This is a Tacoma. Pretty much s compact truck.

    The only way to guarantee that you won't need a block in the back is to get the rear leaf springs you want, and then get coilovers that you can adjust to match the rear. it means that you may risk being an inch or so lower or higher than your goal, but at 8'' +/- of lift, you won't really notice. the biggest change will be going from a 31'' tire to a 37+
