    I used an angle grinder with a cutting blade. Making sure it's level is of vital importance. Other than that it's not terribly difficult. You can either get one made like I did (Singlecabguy built it) or order one you like online. If you order one, don't make any cuts until you get it, that way you can cut your bedside to match the bumper.
