According to the guy at Mr. Sticker it's because of the 11% tint on the front windows.

I've got a buddy with 5% all around and 35% on the windshield. That's what I need to get

 

It is legal in Louisiana lol my buddy bought his truck there and has it registered to his dad's house there while he lives and works in texas just so he can have 5%

 

It matches the back glass, but it's a little too dark at night from the inside.

I think he said something like 25% to be legal.

Not if you want to be able to see out of the truck. It sucks when you're wheeling at night and it's raining. Ask me how I know.

As long as you have a relationship with your doc you can get the paper lol, you print it out online and have them sign it here.

 

Possibly South post oak muffler and brake center. Last time I was there I told the guy my girlfriends car had a check engine light on. He said bring him the car and it will pass. I never actually took the car there, but it could be worth a try.

 

There is a place in pearland I can show you. They pass anything. They might charge 20 or depending on who is there

 

Hell, my inspection went out Jan 2013, guess I'll just keep ridin dirty.
