    most basic way to do it is to jack up the rear, and put the frame on jack stands. take the tire/s off. then with the axle supported, unbolt the lower shock mount, and slowly lower the axle as far as it will go (keep an eye on your brake lines while doing this). if your springs have more travel than the shock, you won'd be able to bolt the lower shock mount back up without raising the axle back into place.

    there are a couple of other things to do to dive even further into it, but this is a good first step to see if those things are even needed.

    yeah, i had one for the toll road up in DC when i lived there. very nice to have

    living about a mile from work though, i don't go on the toll roads too often, so the pass won't save me much money. i'm just looking forward to not having to sit in the long cash lines when i have to go somewhere further away.

    and x2 on spending money too fast in cash form :(
