    Define need... couldn't get mine in line with 2-3in of lift without them and truck wandered on the hwy. New ucas and alignment fixed that.

    Yeah watched it for a bit, A friend who is a Lexus tech came to help and said he thinks it was replaced with a cheap belt at some point that was too tight causing it to slip off the pulley and get eaten up. The belt that was on it when i bought was hard to get on with the tensioner pulley retracted and the new belt just slipped on with out much force
