    Why is the world so focused on celebrities? Some comedian gets in a car wreck and the news is going to do updates every two days about this guy. An average guy gets in a car wreck and they just tell you his name and what he drove. End of story. The new media is fucking stupid

    Kinda true, I hold comedians and musicians in the same category as actors and athletes. The real people that should get paid is leo, ems, teachers, usmc, people like that. People that help or save people's lives. Not a bunch of kids that never graduate from college to play football

    I feel bad for professors. Most of them make less then 60k a year. The only good money in teaching is to become a department head or a research professor.

    Really that goes along with any important job. A lot of professors spend more time getting a master's degree over a doctorate because they want to teach but the pay is shit. Same goes with fire fighters and EMT personnel, it's redonk.
