I still don't get why that thread was locked though. I was politely backing up everything I said with links/vids. I guess someone just couldn't stand the idea that not everyone worships the ground cops walk on.

    Oh well, life goes on.

Saw an AR in the rear window of a passing vehicle on the way to work this morning.

Yeah I still have the runner but it is in pieces and going to scrap eventually. I picked up another in much better shape. The plan is to move most of my good stuff over to the other one and somewhat start over.

Time does fly with the kids. Mine are 6 & 8 now, good kids thankfully. Just wait until they start going to school and playing little league, it really goes to show you how old you really are.

So.... do they teach you to make up laws, that way y'all can falsely arrest people? Or do you learn as you go?

Most police experiences I've had are good. But then again, I seem to have a few people I know that are in, or retired law enforcement.

I have had good cops let me go, but then I had bad cops pull me over. One cop pulled me over, me with insurance in hand (valid) he looked at it and said nope, expired! Took me to jail

I've been pulled over, I used to have a POS ford car, and got pulled over all the time because they were "profiling" but because i was polite and nothing was actually illegal (ghetto doesnt = illegal) they were always nice and often appoligetic..

I know the "right thing" is that the officer should haven't done anything in return and added "assault of a peace officer" to the charges against her.

With that being said, that **** probably received a lot of money from the city/state and that officer lost his job, which I find highly morally objectionable. Shitty people like that hide behind laws that protect them all the while they break those same laws with impunity.
