Dude I'm older than you and have been fat, fat with muscles, muscles with less fat, and now I am fat again.

I will be hitting the gym hard to get back to little fat and more muscles.

Even if you are injured, you can still do little things to help shed that extra weight. Unless of course you like yourself as is, which is cool too.

I understand the back issue. I've knocked myself out of commission for 2 weeks (lifting injury). I didn't feel like doing much like running, cycling, or even sitting.

 

From what I've seen, they don't get very far once a taser has been utilized.

So I put a load in the washer and when it starts I hear thunk, thunk, thunk as it is spinning around.

I think to myself WTF did I forget now...hmmm probably nothing important.

It just finished and as I am transfering clothes to the dryer my favorite everyday wear watch falls on the floor. Damn...but wait it's still ticking away. I'm completely jubilant!

 

Perfect example of working smarter, not harder. And punishing the stupid.
