Fresh salmon is fkn legit as fk. I'm from Calgary, Alberta, Canada and salmon season meant fresh salmon for cheap.

How are you understanding how we talk? We don't use 'Eh' and smother syrup on everything down here...

Not really surprised by your answer although I figured you would say something about putting salmon on donuts

Because most of y'all speak with the vast vocabulary of a third grader lol :D

I grew up in Canada, hugely multicultural with a lot of people who have varying accents. I myself was born in the Caribbean and lived there for several years before immigrating to Canada. My closest friends in Canada were filipino, italian, hungarian, chinese, viet, balinese, trini, jamaican, burmese, indian (both feather and dot lol), african, and many more. The closest of which were filipino and filipina who taught me the fine art of eating with both a fork and spoon.

I like learning about other cultures.

Agree. Sashimi is the way to go. But if want it cooked then it should be slightly grilled. Almost like a medium rate steak. Most restaurants over cook it and add sauce to hide that it's over cooked.

Best way I've had it's 10 min at 350 degrees with a lemon juice and olive oil drizzle and dill sprinkled after being properly bled.

The sashimi was good. I really didn't care for the rolls.
