NOV Pressure Control Group/Rig Systems. I only have two weeks left here in my internship, but I do know they are constantly looking for welders. Plus they have a backlog of over $10 billion.

Somewhat true, but not always the case. Although the conservative media propaganda mill always points the blame that way. Well they point it to all non-whites lmao.

I actually have quite a bit of insight in immigration as I follow it closely. I am after all an immigrant. In fact my friend (immigration attorney) and I usually meet for lunch once a month to discuss things; you're more than welcome to join us one day.

And Texas won't fuck you in the way of astronomical state income taxes. Plus, absolutely no need for a snow shovel in South Texas.

I acknowledged that I was broadly over generalizing in my original (now retracted statement) and know for sure that there are exceptions.

I appreciate the lunch offer, but I usually work way too much to do anything fun like that.

My trainer at work is one of the smartest guys I've ever met.... Seriously like Doogie Hauser of our industry. He reads something once and can explain it at a PhD level. He legally immigrated from Mexico when he was 19 and we talk about the issue pretty regularly. His family has since legally joined him and are outstanding people in every way imaginable.

I'd say if you took the million mexican children out of the equation that don't speak English, the school system's rankings would be MUCH higher, and closer to Texa's economic rankings.

Not in the slightest. The state mandated exams are given in both languages (english and spanish) with Viet being considered as a possible third...
