Maybe you have to drive 80 and up. Or unless the wind is blowing pretty hard

    2nd gens....

I changed mine at 90k when I did the 4wd conversion.
Haven't touched it since and now at 275k+.

My mom has a 05 4runner 4.0 and hers started to shudder at 120k. A quick flush, and additive gets it back to normal. It gets flushed in 20K increments now.

20k incriments will essentialy keep the fluid brand new. probably a good practice for any of us once we get up there in mileage.

the engine does have to work harder, but that just means it pours more fuel into the cylenders, adn i have to use 4th gear more often. the only way to change the rpm/speedo reading is to change out your gearing.

if i'm at doing 70 (on the speedo) at 2000 rpm, that is what it will always be, unless i downshift to 4th gear, or change up the gearing in my truck.

Replace it ASAP my 07 has this issue and I had to replace my windshield before the TSB. When it rained water would leak through and sit in the sunglasses holder and when I started to drive it would dump water into the cab. Later on I found out that it had rusted out in the top middle because of the leak

Oh also they are going to want to drive your truck tell them you will drive it. That way if it doesn't whistle at "legal speed"you can get on it to make it whistle. They always kept saying we can't make it whistle like you explained

the only issue I can think of is the elements effecting the speakers. getting in and out with muddy/sandy shoes or any slight water, you should look into dash speakers, maybe build some wooden pods to sit in the corners

Too poor to list anything interesting.
Just use this for your stereo. Then you can wheel with regular doors or tubes.
