    I feel ya when I was younger the hospital was like my 2nd home when I was in ok shape my asthma wasn't bad but then I decided that spending that 2 hours with my son instead of the gym was more important since all of his "first" were coming up. Worth is but I gained about 40lbs of fat nf lost a lot of my progress
