    Not too familiar with pearland, but that rings a bell. I have notices apartments are getting a lot nicer though the years. The one I live in is great and reasonably priced for the sq.ft

    That's true you are in a rising part of town. My place is college pricing so it's kinda high but for what I get its a "good deal" 1800 sq ft and its 609 per person and there is 3 of us. So roughly 1 dollar a sq ft
