    I drink 4-6oz of coffee about an hour before I work out. It helps me a lot.

    Then I usually drink 16oz after I finish. Gotta have my fix :D

    I drink a big glass of water when I get up since you'll go 6-8 hours without it. Plus, you'll use it when you sleep. So it needs to get replaced.
