Why not just use a heavier sleeping bag?

I'm assuming you're not being a puss, and the real reason you're asking this question regards a certain female that might come along if the tent isn't freezing.

you're a smart man. i mean, i am a puss, and i do enjoy sleeping in the nude, but all of that aside, the better the accomidations, the more she'll come along for the weekend. i wouldn't have just gotten a tent so large it comes with it's own duffle bag if i were just worried about myself ;) damn thing weighs 40 lbs

So I pulled the supposedly one way filter for the transfer case and transmission tonight. The damn valve didn't have a ball bearing in it. That was an open line to the cases sitting right on top of the transmission!

The question is; was that a bad part, or does everyone have an open breather ready to suck in water to their transmission and transfer case?

that's what my friend does. he puts the full size propane tank on the ground, and runs a hose, so he can have the heater in his RTT on top of his wheeling trailer.

Yes I have. I had one for an ice fishing shanty I had when I lived in Montana. They have an sensor which turns them off if the oxygen gets too low. I loved it!
