The image compares my stock wheels and tires setup compare to my "new" setup i wish to achieve with a 3in lift.

Will require spacers for my new setup?

just read it closer... yes you will if you run stock tires

 

You would need spacers on stock rims to run 285s. Or.. get different rims with a lower offset

Now just have to wait on parts... Thinking I need to move my horn somewhere else any ideas? And also anyone who has done a mesh grill it covers up the lock on the hood what did u do about that just remove

 

There should be enough room to lift the hood up and stick your fingers between the hood and grille to push the latch over.

You can relocate them anywhere. They might not be as loud as where they are now

Yup, can fit fingers under hood and slide the latch. As far as the horns, most move them to keep them out of sight. I never moved mine and can't see them enough to care. If you are putting lights in though, depends on where the bar and lights end up. I've seen the horns moved down lower, may require some wiring to extend the length, and seen them moved under the hood.

BTW, are you putting in round lights or a light bar?
