Same here, got in a year or so late but still made out pretty good. Ended up buying a new construction townhouse cause I didn't have the cash up front to drop into a reno after the down payment.

Hard to go wrong with Champs! If they were open more than lunch M-F I'd be walking around with an extra 20lbs easy :D

Just look at the build thread
We're not talking RCSB 5.7... We're talking Supercharged!

I think the record stands for a production truck. It was something like mid 4 sec to 60 and 13 flat in the quarter, in 08 it cost just under 46Gs.

The DCSB 2WD were high 13 sec trucks when outfitted with the TRD SC, the DCSB 4WD were in the mid 14s.

I almost bought a blue 07 RCSB 2WD from Lexus of Clear Lake in 2010. It was marginally quicker than my Titan, but I wanted to boost it. It takes a fair amount of work above the TRD SC and some slicks to get her down into the high 11s, but it is possible without using laughing gas. On meth I think it would be reasonable to bring her down into the mis 11s once the DA was in the negatives.

Lol a commuter car can't carry a gang box in the bed with all my tools. And commuting to Wyoming would suck. Just looking into getting a bigger truck for work pretty much. Wanted a diesel but I think a v8 would do just fine for now. So Ima look into a tundra hopefully.

Yea let's just engine swap my daily driver while working 7-10's...

Besides how unrealistic that is... Im ready to get a nicer truck. Ready to have a backseat and ready to make the taco a trail rig. I've had it for almost 4 years now. Having a single cab is cool and all but I'm ready for an upgrade.

Yea I got in a shutdown crew doing boiler outages and whatnot at power plants, refineries, etc. Etc. I'm a structural welder and after this project , we got a one month break and then its off to Wyoming for the next project.

Lol believe me. I think the new tundras look sick as a single cab. But eventually I plan on having kids. Plus me and gf like to take our dog with us places too so the single cab life just gets cramped when you're forever alone no more lol
