Let's say my alignment was slightly off before the new rack. If they put the new rack on and did am alignment. They tires could cause it to track funny right?

 

I'll just drop it off at Goodyear and let them check to see.

Could be, depends on what they actually "aligned" after the rack. The FSM probably does not call for a full alignment, so definitely could be the case. I'd still be more concerned about the delay you talked about. To me, that says that something is loose. But, Goodyear should be able to check your alignment and check that all the links are good. Personally I'd take it back to the place that did the work and make them make it right, but Goodyear is a bit closer.

Guys at Goodyear is pretty cool. I'll just have them check it to make sure it's right. They won't charge me for that. If something is wrong, then I'll take it back to the dealer. Lol I'm sure they have a picture of me and my truck in the back room. With warning above it
