What's up Houston folks!? I need some info. Do you know if it floods near the almeda mall? I worked a deal today by phone with automation Toyota gulf freeway for my wife's vehicle and just nervous about flooding both this week and all the rain that has been hitting Houston lately. Any knowledge of this area would be greatly appreciated from a Louisiana TW member!

People are buyin up water and filling up gas cans likes it's a hurricane or something.

 

I bought a case of beer. Gotta be prepared in case they decide to close work tomorrow and I'm stuck at home with nothing to do.

That's where I bought my taco. Congrats! Listen, there is a bunch of rain predicted from the storm in the gulf. In the past month we have received a lot of rain. Flooding will be possible. Auto nation faces the freeway, with easy access. Be careful and take your time. Check the weather stations often.

 

I stopped at a Walgreens on the way home for something to drink and a snack. There were 15 people in line for one cashier and the shelves were devoid of water. I walked out.

I'll be over around 9:00AM.

 

My new job hoses me on overtime. I have to work 50 hours in order to start making straight time, but I'm paid for a 40 hour week. I have to give them 10 hours before I start making money again. No thanks! They'll get 40 and be happy.

Sorry you're dealing with crap nation. Is this the only dealer you called in houston? If so. I'd suggest you call around and get better deals.

But with floods, that side of the freeway is usually pretty good about not floooding. Probably not the best idea to come get the car in the rain lol
