Houston area (along with DB's not from Houston) BS thread

moved to a new position on the job, but I'm waiting for another guy to show up from our Canadian district, so I've got a few slow days.

impossible, I know how to swim....

 

I'm back in the office for the week while we wait for a new module to come in. No point in twiddling my thumbs in the field when I can do it in the office.

 

I like the field, but there are multiple times each week that I miss the office. better hours and wayyyyyy less stress. however, I get to play with the LR 1750 in my new position

 

Well, I'll be back out next week. Our 1750 will be setting a module, so I'll get to see it in action.

For now I get to learn how to be my own draftsman. The engineers are expected to create their own drawings.

 

hehehe. welcome to the dark side. that's primarily what I was doing in Houston.......lots and lots of drawings.

 

It's a trap! You do it once, it's a favor, you do it twice, it's your job.

Or, you can turn a couple in on colored paper with crayon, then your problem will be over. Either they find someone else to do the drawings,,, or you're back on the job market.

 

Sad I miss my truck she is at the dealership. Been gone for one night lol.

Actually it is my job now. Hey, if they want to pay me to sit here and create easy drawings, let em. I'll just take my time.
