    I'm kiddin bud I know what you mean. I'm borderline ready to knock out my manager. Im the only person who works everyday and knows how to do everything and I do so without complaints and I have yet to take any sort of vacation so if he says anything to me when I put in my vacation time I'm just going to quit on the spot.

    Funny. I'm in the opposite scenario. I'm working on a project where everyone has 5+ years experience in this work and I'm on my 7th month and they're really starting to get on me about every single little thing. Like expecting me to do what they do exactly how they do it. Trying to learn as much as I can every day but it is difficult keeping up with the crew sometimes.

    It's Friday, that's always good. Not as good as 4-10s or 9-80s...but still...

    We're working on a couple split tees for a hot tap today. Welding on live equipment is always a little more interesting. Have cool downs and amp limits to keep from holing through.
