    So they're both 8.0's or 8.4's? That would be a good bit of info for new buyers.

    Believe it has the same seats. and I can get JBL on OR but don't want/need it. Not sure about the rear diff

    Looks like the OR also have an internally mounted actuator rather than externally mounted like previous years.

    I can't imagine the old ones were much fun either. Although it's not a necessary piece of equipment. If it stops working, it's not the end of the world. You can deal with pulling the diff when you're back at camp. Although unless you had a new actuator, it would probably still be a waste of time.

    I read that when the actuator doesn't engage, you can always open the case and slide the gear over. Which doesn't seem too bad compared to internal.

    But you're right. You can probably get off trail either way.

    I don't know, never messed with an e-locker. Either way, it sounds like the solution if you have an e-locker is to convert it to cable operated.
