    In other news…

    I had my exhaust re-routed today, along with a chop and Flowmaster added. Dumps about a foot and a half in front of the axel. Ready for skid plates now.

    i'm down for the February meet!

    just based on the pictures from their site and FB page, I probably wouldn't come unless you have full armor and aren't afraid of body damage. not saying you are going to get any, just more of an "expect the worst, hope for the best" kind of thing. would be a great idea to have a winch too, as it can get very difficult in rock areas without lots of trees to have someone else recover you. and tow straps are generally a bad idea on rocks.

    new exhaust looks good Jonathan :thumbsup:

    I'd suggest wrapping the crossover portion under the driveshaft with some heat wrap. it'll keep you from cooking the grease in that u-joint and having it prematurely wear out.

    Also, look for the titanium wrap if you have multiple options. I've found that it holds up better than a lot of the other stuff out there. and torspd has further confirmed that it works better.

    Where you sent me. They did a bang-up job. I was sporting the new exhaust about an hour after I drove up (without an appointment), and he humored me when I wasn't satisfied with the first re-route attempt. He chucked it to the side and started over. Not so much as a sigh or grumble. Great people. I will definitely recommend them in the future. Like you said, it is a bit of a drive though.
