I emailed the regional customer service manager yesterday. It was pretty much a polite way of me telling him to go fuck himself and that the dealership I'm dealing with is a bunch of incompetent dickwads. I've yet to hear from him.

 

One of my customers is a service manager at a Ford dealer. And he says the same shit about them over there lol

 

He's gonna call the dealer and tell them to piss in your radiator so when you turn the AC on it smells like urine

I only have a rental because it was in my extended service contract and it's gonna cost $100 (my deductible) whenever I return it. If I had opted for the extra insurance I'd be out about an additional $1200
