There was at least one response that might garner results, but most of them will just end in sub-par results.

My first step would be to contact the 1800 customer service number with a clear and concise review/timeline of what has taken place so far. Make sure to relay to them how disappointed you are in the handling of the case and let them know the names/dates (and timelines promised by those people), plus the fact that none of that was met.

Step two would be the sage advice of making a stink about it while customers are around in a open area. I would also ask to speak to the tech assigned to your ticket (their story might even differ from management, lack of parts, ordering issues, Ford response delays, etc).

The combination of these would be more beneficial than arguing and threats alone; with these your car is more likely to be a priority than a back burner project.

I certainly would not take a weapon up there then yell, cuss, and flash it, unless you want an all inclusive vacation and a permanent stain on your background.
