    This weekend sucked.
    Drunk driver hit my jeep while it was parked -_-

    dented the body under the license plate, dented the gas tank, scratched up my pretty bumper, and dented my front passenger fender flare (he pushed it up into the yard and into a tree)

    I bought new ones to swap in .. might as well while everything is torn apart. Also got some new tie rods.. Toyota is proud of them lol

    but yea, and he apparently has good insurance.. so it should cover everything.

    Ummm.... tell the insurance it doesn't drive straight. You'll need new axles. Then tell them the front tire took most of the impact to the tree. So death wobble! That need fix!

    His insurance should pay for a rental for whatever time you are out. And you should be able to insist on a similar vehicle (truck or yeep).
