    At least it's only 500. I think my deductible was 3k but it still covers my meds to a certain extent.

    500 a month is about as cheap as you can get health insurance I'm pretty sure

    me alone is $238 a month...

    wife and kid are $475 a month.

    these are individual plans and not subsidized since i work for myself.

    Times have changed I guess when I started with Walmart it was about 120 a month and it was pretty good. HMO plan but all the doctors I had were covered and the "health spending account" pretty much picked up every tab. Now that I'm back I have to wait 90 days to see what they're gonna take for a PPO plan

    I was paying about $50 more per pay check every 2 weeks..
