I'm eating unhealthy and still losing weight but I only eat twice a day because of work

 

Do you use any pre workout? When I feel lazy I just chug some preworkout. Kinda forces me to move lol

Same I use preworkout for the mental focus otherwise I'll get to the gym do a set and then say fuck it

but also don't really feel like this is the right place for me to discus my feeling on the mater.

They actually have great food at this place. A lot of people go there for lunch. Even females.

 

I do enough cardio to start a sweat and to get my heart rate to about 150 before I lift. Anymore than that and I'll start to think about my hip and knee pains
