    Pics!!!!!!!

Sitting at a shop last week there was a jacked dude there and one of the guys asked him how he did it. The jacked dude starts off with the whole he's a partner in a crossfit gym thing and invites the other guy to come and try it out. He also saids the key to everything is eating clean, staying consistent in your workouts, and then he went on to recommend a few products that will help him get jacked. After which he asks the fella if he has to pass any drug tests, as he explains while on these products he won't be able to pass because they contain prohormones. Plus he will need to take milk thistle (liver protection) since it is being ingested orally.
Why not just tell the guy the true keys, overtrain and take lots of steroids lol.
Might as well skip the middle man with that oral ingested crap and order the real deal injectables lol.

lol pretty much what all my ex co-workers did. I ask how they got so ripped, all their responses were just eat 5k calories a day, a lot of protein and do your juice cycles .. only come to find out like a month later they tell me what a juice cycle was

From my experience it's either flexibility and range of motion, or less pain, you don't get both. For me cardio is required in order to keep the joint(s) working, otherwise they tighten up and don't move well, but costs some pain as the hip and knee are used. And the cardio is whatever makes the joints go thru a full range.

Y'all are young and shouldn't be having joint pain.

Find out the limitations in your range of motion and then either correct or adapt. Let's take my bench press, unless it is light weights I don't allow the bar to touch my chest because my shoulders were aching after. That is after tucking in my elbows, narrowing my grip, retracting my scapula, with my shoulders back, and bringing down the bar to just below my nipple line. Since I started back I have relaxed a bit on form and have stayed a few inches above my chest and haven't had shoulder pain or rotator problems. Of course I am not pushing what I was before either.

that guy is a trip lol

My warm up is for the flex and range although I have a very limited range and I'm not very flexible lol.
yeah I don't touch my chest but do go down at least 90* I also usually have to warm my shoulders up before benching. Been trying this ego less training where I move down in weight and higher reps. Feels lame but it's working as I've increased a little in strength and got rid of my 2nd chin lol well most of it..oh and I haven't injured myself yet lol I'm like Derrick rose :anonymous:

Believe it or not, but a pair of those IFS units runs about $3k on the used market. There's a six wheel build at SEMA built around these units.
