    No!! You can use chains on any workout with the bar. Deadlifts, squats, bench, even leg press lol

    The guy I use to work out with finally got to 455 dead lift. Something I did 2 years ago when I passed him up. Think he was stuck on 400s lol

    Usually when I pass a buddy that's when I lost motivation lol I passed a buddy once then stopped working out for a bit then got back and passed him again. He's one of those hype guys. "Herbalife is great..oh shredz is great..advocare works wonders" got annoying so every time he pitched me something I'd tell him I'll work with my stuff and you work with yours. He's currently on the "shredz" hype

    @SMKYTXN i know its a stretch here but do you know what the dimensions are for the 2 bolts that go from the LCA to the hub/spindle? Red didn't give me his with the LCAs

    Kase, I don't know that off the top of my head. I would suggest you find the part numbers for the Moog replacements and get the whole shebang.

    Just gotta bolt em on and waiting for the gears to come in now
