Toll booths could not read the plate on my Tacoma because of the tire carrier. The front plate was angled down below the fairlead so that was also protected. I don't run the toll road much but it was nice.

Can anyone help with an electrical question?

I bought a 12v add on that has a voltage meter, 12v plug and a dual USB port. On the back there was a silver post and a gold post. On two of the ports, the gold was marked (+) and the silver were marked (-). On the USB it was reversed silver was (+) and gold was (-), I added power and the voltage meter and the 12v plug worked and it fried the USB. Amazon sent me a new one at no charge. On the new one, gold is marked (-) and silver is marked (+) again... I don't want to fry it because I need it, so how can I test it to see what's correct before I hook it up to power?
