I went 10 years without watching it and when I watched it again I realized how horrible some of the acting is, lol.
I still really like the movie, but I can see how my parents got sick of it after the 40th time.

Mine got sick of me rewatching the same movies over and over.

I'm sure they were happy when I moved out. But now I have waaaaaay to many movies.

 

I think that's something that all parents must face with their kids. I know mine got sick of my brother and I watching the Rocketeer and The Phantom 40 million times, and the Bond films, Indiana Jones, Star Wars, etc.
Now my buddy has a kid and he can quote every movie in the Marvel series word for word, the poor bastard. Doesn't even like them anymore.

 

You should go. Girls go because they assume they won't be hit on because it's a gay club. Thus, their guard is down and its much easier to talk to and pick them up for a backseat romp.

 

Flip side of that coin is that all of the guys in said gay bar assume that you're there for a backdoor romp.

 

Very true. Usually a polite but firm (giggle) refusal & explaination is enough though.

Yep. He was a huge comic book nerd when we were kids. I like them because they're well-done and entertaining, but he was just as obsessed as his kid when they were first released.
