Houston area (along with DB's not from Houston) BS thread

Just sucks having to mock everything up with cardboard to design the bumper since I don't have a CNC or anything to even design one with.

Scared to put a weeks worth of hours only for the bumper to come out fugly.

 

Anyway y'all could help? With design of one or anything? I can weld yes, but im no master fabricator/designer unfortunately

 

Just call Nathan at CBI and talk to him about concerns of the bumper not holding up based on some previous customers and see what they say. He has been good to deal with.

 

Adrian offered to sell me his bent bumper. Waiting on pics now but if not bent bad then may just buy his and reinforce it.

 

Edit: called Nathan at CBI. He said they have redesigned the bumpers since Adrian's incident and assure they are all built to handle winching now. Placed an order. Bumper should be here around Thursday next week

I have the funds for it but I'll be placing part of my money into savings this check and part of it into other interest
