    If I eat at work, 90% of the time it's something I brought from home. Or fruit I buy from (now) HEB. Took a co-worker to lunch so I couldn't tell him, "hey here is an apple and banana for lunch!"

    I like fruits and veggies and they're easy to transport, so I keep some in the desk and replenish as needed.

    For snacks, I usually take an apple to work, and keep a big bag of raw almonds in the desk. I usually buy more every 4 months.
